The long awaited Call of Duty 4 patch has finally been released. Along with the bug fixes to the game, it also added a new controller layout, called "NOM4D." The reason for this new controller scheme, is that, it was requested by a MLG gamer named "NOM4D." The reason why NOM4D requested this is that he has Arthrogryposis, which limits the control he has over his hands and feet. So when he plays video games he must use his face.
